I am not doing so great with my goals for my health and wellness. Heck I am not doing so great with anything right now :(.
I am failing school, gained weight instead of losing it, and my depression is up and down all the time! I am trying to get back on track with my health and weight loss so that when we decide it is healthy for me to have a baby then my body as well as my mind can handle the process.
I am overweight and it is seriously affecting my mental state. If anyone has any idea of something that could help me with all this please suggest.
Alright I need to go run errands with my sister so bye for now.
